1. 4+ years of relevant experience in Backend development
2. Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
3. Collaborate with Frontend engineers in integrating user-facing elements
4. Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful API services
5. Experience working in an English-speaking environment

Skills:

1. Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
2. Experience in developing backend systems
3. Experience in one or more: Node.js, Java, Ruby, PHP, Python, etc.
4. Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a singular system

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of CI/CD practices
2. Familiarity with TDD/BDD practices
3. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
