Back End Developer (Advanced and Senior)

Location : Menlyn, Hybrid model

Type : Contract / Permanent (Renewing based on performance / project availability)

Workload : 1960 hours per annum

We’re seeking a Back End Developer (Advanced) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust microservice-based solutions primarily in AWS , using modern programming languages and DevOps practices.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and operate production-ready applications in a 24 / 7 environment
• Work with modern architectures : Microservices, Containers, Serverless
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS Cloud using CI / CD pipelines
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and customers
• Monitor systems through AWS CloudWatch , logging tools, and health dashboards
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and prepare technical documentation
• Embrace an Agile / SCRUM culture and take ownership as per the Agile Working Model

Required Technical Skills :

• 5 - 15 years of experience in :
• DevOps tools : GitHub, GitHub Actions , CI / CD, Terraform, CloudFormation
• Database expertise in SQL and NoSQL
• Web services, event-driven architecture, messaging (SQS, SNS, Kinesis)
• Design and architectural patterns

Advantageous Experience :

• Control theory, machine learning, optimization algorithms
• E-mobility or IoT-based systems
• Linux scripting, WSL, or Unix systems
• Power / energy consumption analytics

Qualifications :

• Cloud Certifications (AWS preferred)
