B2B Sales Role Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of networking, ISP solutions, and enterprise infrastructure to drive the growth of TP-Link's Networking products, Omada, VIGI, and Tapo smart home solutions.
This role focuses on developing ISP and channel partnerships, expanding TP-Link's presence in the B2B market, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must have technical expertise in networking solutions, experience working with ISPs and resellers, and a proven track record of business growth in enterprise sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- ISP and Channel Growth
Develop and manage strategic relationships with ISPs.
Work with ISPs to create structured growth plans and drive product adoption.
Ensure that TP-Link products are positioned effectively in competitive ISP tenders and procurement processes. - Technical Solution Selling
Position TP-Link's solutions for business clients, focusing on enterprise networking, security, and cloud-managed solutions.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and solution consulting for ISP and channel partners.
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to provide technical expertise and proof-of-concept implementations. - Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and drive new business opportunities in ISP and enterprise networking.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase TP-Link's market share in ISP and B2B sectors.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements with ISPs and resellers. - Client & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain long-term relationships within the B2B market.
Train and educate partners on TP-Link's enterprise networking solutions to increase adoption and sales performance.
Support partner incentive programs and business growth initiatives. - Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct market research to analyze competitive positioning, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
Provide detailed pipeline forecasts, sales performance reports, and business intelligence insights.
Track ISP procurement cycles and networking infrastructure trends to align sales efforts with market demand.
Key Requirements
- Experience and Knowledge
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise networking, or ISP solutions.
Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share in networking and infrastructure solutions. - Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of networking technologies.
Familiarity with TP-Link's networking solutions, Omada, VIGI, and Tapo smart automation solutions.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with IT managers, network engineers, and system integrators. - Sales & Business Skills
Expertise in strategic sales planning, partner management, and solution selling within the ISP and B2B networking sectors.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial deal structuring.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, generate forecasts, and drive revenue growth. - Other Requirements
