We’re looking for a high-performance B2B Sales Closer to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, and you can close deals on the first call — we want you on our team. This is a front-line, no-nonsense sales role where your success directly impacts your pay.

About the Role

As a B2B Sales Closer at Neatmetric, your main goal is simple: close the deal on the first call. You’ll be making 100+ outbound calls a day using our auto-dialer, speaking directly with business owners who are ready to hear your pitch. If you have the confidence, speed, and determination to close quickly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Make 100+ outbound B2B cold calls per day using an auto-dialer

Speak with business owners who’ve pressed “1” to hear your pitch

Close deals on the first call, with no excuses or hesitation

Log all activity in Go High Level CRM

Top reps close 3+ deals per day and earn accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

5–7 years of B2B cold calling & phone closing experience

Confidence, speed, and the ability to handle objections without hesitation

Mastery of closing techniques and a no-excuses mindset

Familiarity with CRM systems and a desire to dominate a high-volume role

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
