We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and drive the performance of a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales management, with strong leadership skills and the ability to implement strategies that maximize revenue growth. While experience in the lubricants industry is beneficial, we are primarily looking for a candidate with exceptional sales leadership capabilities, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales management with a strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
Experience managing inbound and outbound sales activities with a focus on driving growth and customer engagement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Skynamo) and basic accounting software.
Technical sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of six sales representatives, ensuring they achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and create personalized development plans for team members.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Foster strong relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with branding and promotional strategies.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance data.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasts.
