Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Demand Marketing Manager to drive demand for Apex products across multiple channels and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and regional stakeholders to develop integrated campaigns, optimize the funnel, and deliver revenue growth while leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools. Strong data analysis and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B demand marketing in SaaS/Fintech.
• Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Experience working in matrixed teams across product, sales, and marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation and multi-channel campaigns across email, social, content, paid media and events.
• Own end-to-end demand funnel from MQLs to SQLs with revenue impact and close collaboration with Sales.
• Develop audience-focused campaign plans and messaging in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content and brand teams to create impactful assets and messaging.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance presentations, and manage campaign budgets.
• Enable Sales with tools and resources; align communications for cross-sell.
• Integrate marketing platforms with Salesforce and ensure central lead tracking.
• Lead GTM planning for launches with Portfolio Marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex product features into client-centric messaging.
