Key functions:

  • Cultivate and expand the customer base: conduct thorough research and analysis of customer profiles, engage in strategic cold calls, negotiate face-to-face with high-end clients, and present premium audio products with expertise
  • Coordinate and enhance working conditions, and craft exclusive commercial offers tailored to the needs of discerning clients
  • Process and manage incoming requests from clients through various channels (messengers, mail, phone) and conduct personalized meetings to address their audio requirements
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, identifying and developing their potential for audio investments
  • Foster and strengthen partnerships with key industry influencers and distributors
  • Regularly plan and prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting market trends, client engagement, and sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in similar high-end sales positions of more than 1 year is highly advantageous
  • Fluent English and Afrikaans, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients
  • In-depth knowledge of AV products, with a preference for candidates experienced in the audio technology sector
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging with sophisticated clientele
  • A commitment to continuous self-development and a results-oriented approach
