We are seeking a qualified and experienced B.Com Accountant to join our team in Die Boord. This on-site position focuses on optimising ERP system use while supporting financial operations, reporting, and systems development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial systems and policies, and identify areas for improvement

• Provide input on financial matters and advise on improving business performance

• Communicate financial data effectively to both financial and non-financial managers

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to support new reporting structures

• Assist with reconciliations, balancing, and financial statement queries

• Prepare specifications, technical reports, project documentation, and training content

• Conduct QA testing on software to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Support project and change management initiatives

• Handle user acceptance testing and training

• Act as a link between financial and non-financial teams to ensure business continuity

• Perform database and system administration

• Resolve tickets and provide support via the service desk

Requirements:

• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
