We're searching for an experienced DevOps / Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for AI & Machine Learning to drive innovation on a dynamic platform used for cutting-edge tech.

POSITION: Contract until December

EXPERIENCE: 4-6 Years related working experience

COMMENCEMENT: 01 May

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (e.g., DevOps Engineer)
3. Certified AWS Developer Associate or AWS Solution Architect Associate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies such as SageMaker, VPC, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Kinesis Stream, Glue and IAM
2. Strong programming skills in Python
3. Familiarity with Terraform
4. Experience with CI / CD automation using GitHub Actions
5. Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

1. Experience programming in Angular JS
2. Programming Skills in R
3. Familiarity with cloud-based AI / ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker Studio
4. Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
5. An understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks
6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk
7. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker
8. Good knowledge in agile development methodologies such as Scrum
9. Willing and able to travel internationally
10. Ability to work as part of a globally distributed team
11. Takes responsibility for different tasks and to submit high quality deliverables on time
12. Ability to work in fast-paced work environments
13. Willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required

ROLE: We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps / Full-Stack Engineer with a strong background in AWS to join our team.

As a developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our technical platform's code, infrastructure automation, deployment, and monitoring. Work with our team to improve a platform for AI & Machine Learning. Develop new features and improve existing features of the application using Angular for the frontend and Python for the backend. Implement and manage infrastructure on AWS using Terraform. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient codebase in an agile environment. Manage and improve monitoring and alerting tools. Ensure security compliance and implement best practices in AWS. Collaborate with teams of developers and stakeholders to support the development and secure operation of the platform.
