Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced AWS-focused backend developer for a 6-month contract to architect and implement cloud-based backend systems on AWS. You will design serverless and hybrid architectures, build RESTful APIs, and integrate with databases and third-party services to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong AWS expertise (S3, Lambda, API Gateway) and proficiency in PHP (Laravel), Python, or Java, with emphasis on security and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong AWS architecture skills focusing on services like S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), Python, or Java.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement serverless and hybrid AWS architectures.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for high-availability web applications.
• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Integrate with various third-party APIs and cloud services.
• Implement robust security practices across AWS and application layers.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth API consumption.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes.
