Qualifications

• Formal tertiary qualification with 5+ years in avocado or subtropical fruit production.
• Experience working directly with commercial growers is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of avocado orchard management, harvesting and maturity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Grower management and development to secure quality supply.
• Procurement & supply planning to align with demand and volumes.
• Crop & supply planning across regions to optimise harvest windows.
• Harvest & packhouse coordination for timely fruit movement.
• Quality & compliance oversight across the supply chain.
• Fostering commercial partnerships with growers and buyers.
• Domestic fruit sales support and market liaison.
• Reporting and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management and packing oversight to ensure standards.
