Our client seeks an experienced Avionics Technician to join their expanding operations based in Centurion . In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all avionics systems on a diverse range of aircraft. You will play a vital part in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of the navigation, communication, and electronic systems that are essential for modern flight. Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, calibrate, and repair aircraft avionics equipment, including navigation, communication, radar, and flight control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex avionics system faults using specialized test equipment and diagnostic software.
• Interpret avionics schematics , wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to perform maintenance tasks accurately.
• Perform scheduled maintenance checks and component upgrades on avionics systems to ensure compliance and performance.
• Document all maintenance actions, findings, and test results meticulously in the aircraft maintenance log.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and flight crews to ensure seamless integration and operation of avionics systems in Centurion .

Requirements

• Certification in Avionics Technology or a related field, or equivalent documented experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience as an Avionics Technician in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency with avionic test equipment, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and signal generators.
• Solid understanding of aircraft electrical systems and principles of radio frequency communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
