Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aviation Recruitment Specialist to join our Stellenbosch team in a hybrid role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across flight operations, engineering, maintenance and management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top aviation talent.

You should have proven recruitment experience in aviation, strong networking, ATS proficiency, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline in a competitive market.
