You will perform inspections, review documentation, and verify adherence to manufacturer specs and aviation authority regulations, maintaining airworthiness and fleet safety.

The role emphasizes conducting thorough inspections, auditing processes, and signing off tasks to release aircraft back to service.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Aviation Quality Inspector or in a QA role within aviation.
• A&P Certification or EASA Part-66 (or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and airworthiness standards.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Review and verify maintenance records, work orders, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify non-compliance issues, deviations, or defects, and report them to management for corrective action.
• Perform audits of maintenance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality policies and regulatory requirements.
• Sign off on completed maintenance tasks after satisfactory inspection, authorizing the return to service.
