• In-depth knowledge of ground handling procedures, safety regulations, and airport operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budget management and operational efficiency improvements.
• Proficiency in relevant ground operations software.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all daily ground handling operations, including aircraft turnarounds, baggage handling, and passenger services.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations, security procedures, and airline-specific requirements.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of ground operations staff.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
• Liaise with airline representatives, air traffic control, and other airport stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and utilization of ground support equipment.
• Respond effectively to operational disruptions and emergencies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.
