Placements24 is seeking an Aviation Cybersecurity Analyst to join a remote-first operations team. You will protect critical aviation systems, monitor for threats, and respond to incidents that could affect flight operations or passenger data.

You will implement security measures, conduct vulnerability assessments, and collaborate with IT and aviation operations to embed security into system design. This role offers maximum flexibility with a fully remote setup and opportunities to work on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with specific experience in network security, intrusion detection, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies relevant to critical infrastructure.
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and vulnerability scanning software.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC are highly advantageous.
