Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, with aviation/critical infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001; cryptography
• Experience with monitoring tools, IDS/IPS, and SIEM
• Aviation security standards knowledge is advantageous
• CISSP/CISM/GIAC or similar certifications preferred
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills in a remote team

Requirements

• Deep understanding of network security principles, cryptography, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in security monitoring tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and SIEM platforms.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of aviation-specific security standards and regulations is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in a remote team environment.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are strongly preferred.
