Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Aviation Management with 6+ years in aviation compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal roles, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in aviation compliance or regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of SA civil aviation regulations and international standards.
• Proven experience in developing and managing compliance programs.
• Ability to conduct audits and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's aviation compliance program.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage inspections.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to relevant personnel.
• Oversee documentation and reporting of compliance activities.
• Conduct internal audits and identify gaps and risks.
