Description

AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society invites unemployed South African graduates between the ages of 18-35 to apply for the AVBOB Member Value Graduate Programme. You will be working for a company that is over 100 years old with strong values which are customer-centric. You will have access to personal services through the employee assistance program and wellness programs. You will be working for an organization that values employee development and rewards excellent performance.


The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
  1. Deliver a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.
  2. Manage client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes.
  3. Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers in a timely manner.
  4. Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Member Value.
  5. Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
  6. Maintain client records and documenting processes.
  7. Through post service surveys, identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.
  8. Keep an eye on emerging trends in client services and assist the team in leveraging these trends.
  9. Recommend product improvements based on client services feedback.

Requirements
Qualifications
  1. Financial Degree or
  2. Accounting/Economics Degree or
  3. BSc Information Systems or
  4. Marketing Management Degree or
  5. Business Administration Degree

Skills And Experience
