Auto Technical Trainer for OEM / Edenvale / Up to R48k pm plus 13th / Must have Trade Test / Open to all

We are representing the Head Office of a successful, stable, and growing Auto Manufacturer in Johannesburg.

We are seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer to implement training for its dealers' technicians in the company's Service Qualification System.

If you have completed your automotive trade test, have 3 or more years of experience "on the bench," and ideally have automotive training experience, then join this dynamic company with a positive work culture!

The role offers R39, to R48, per month based on experience plus a guaranteed 13th cheque

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement the Service Qualification Systems by training technicians at the Head Office or in dealerships.

Develop and conduct training on New Model Introductions where needed.

Provide technical and aftersales support.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

Qualified Automotive Technician, ideally with Petrol and Diesel experience.

At least 3 years post-trade test experience.

Training background is advantageous.

Strong written and oral communication skills for training others.

Additional Requirements

You will need a South African driver's license, a valid passport, be able to travel at short notice, and work overtime when necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role suits someone who has worked as a Master Technician or currently holds positions such as : Technical Trainer, Aftersales Training Manager, Technical Product Manager, Regional Service Manager, Technical Specialist, or Service Advisor with strong technical skills.
