Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Create regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Dealer Network with operation.
  • Evaluate Dealership and individual performances.
  • Report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual targets, budgets.
  • Develop new Dealership staff.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or business plans for new Dealers.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior sales role such as Vehicle Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or Dealer Development Manager within the motor industry.
  • Matric qualification required; a postgraduate business-related qualification is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong ability to analyse and measure key performance indicators (ROI & KPIs).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a deep understanding of dealer operations.
  • Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performance Dealer Network.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • This role demands strong resilience, the ability to thrive under pressure, and effective self-management in daily challenges while consistently demonstrating commitment, energy, and motivation.
