You will monitor progress, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the department delivers on daily, weekly and monthly targets with a strong focus on quality and KPI achievement.

You will develop and coach staff, manage costs, and ensure HSE compliance while maintaining a high-performance culture across the site.

Qualifikationen

• English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

• Assess production targets weekly and monthly.
• Maintain product quality in line with KPIs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead interventions like problem-solving activities and value-adding measures.
• Manage department costs according to KPI targets.
• Oversee discipline and training initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
• Implement change-point management to counter absenteeism and new processes.
• Ensure HSE/legal compliance and take corrective actions for injuries and risk.
