Job summary

Techbridge Recruitment is seeking an organized warehouse inventory clerk to join our client’s auto parts team in Paarl. You will receive, inspect, and process parts shipments, maintain stock records, and assist customers and sales staff in locating parts.

The role requires Grade 12, basic computer and inventory software skills, and the ability to lift heavy items in a warehouse environment. Familiarity with barcode systems is a plus; excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate (Matric) required.
• Computer literacy with inventory software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments.
• Organize and maintain parts inventory in designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock records using computerized inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving stock.
• Assist customers and sales staff in locating specific parts.
• Generate inventory reports and assist with stock analysis.
