Qualifications

• 4-10 years related service technician experience required.
• Must possess diagnostic skills and knowledge of wiring repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, and ADAS calibrations.
• Communicate with shop representatives and keep inventory of stock.
• Write, print, and email service invoices.

Our technicians are the face of the company.

This role comprises customer interaction, vehicle testing and repair, invoice generation, inventory control and service vehicle maintenance.

Salary : $60,000 - $95,000 a year, Depending on experience.

Schedule : Full-Time Monday to Friday 8-5 pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

1. Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair
2. Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis
3. Performs wiring repairs
4. Advises shop of needed repairs
5. Keeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts
6. Writes, prints and emails service invoices
7. Collects signature or payment for work performed
8. Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner
9. Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to date
10. Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule / complete jobs
11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include but are not limited to :

1. Knowledge of OE scan tools
2. Ability to learn new tools as needed
3. Knowledge of wiring repair procedures
4. Ability to service A/C systems
5. Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade
6. Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems
7. Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications and the like
8. Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent
9. 4-10 years related service technician experience required
