Our client, with multi franchised dealerships, is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to join their Group. The successful candidate will play a role in driving their business expansion by generating new leads across digital platforms and optimizing existing ones. Collaborating with the sales teams, you will align strategies and enhance the group's online brand visibility.

POSITION INFO : Duties include :

Lead Generation

  1. Develop and execute digital initiatives to generate new leads.
  2. Manage Google Ads campaigns, either independently or in collaboration with an agency.
  3. Create and oversee lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
  4. Experiment with and optimize new marketplaces like Autotrader and Cars.co.za for lead generation.
  5. Test and assess additional channels for lead generation.
  6. Use in-house data for data mining to identify high-quality leads for sales, launches, and events.
  7. Develop and manage email campaigns targeting older leads to keep them engaged.
  8. Automate the lead process for real-time allocation to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with Sales :

  1. Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and supply.
  2. Schedule monthly meetings and maintain communication with sales teams.
  3. Report test results and campaign performance, including key KPIs, to Sales Managers and stakeholders.

Build the Brand Digitally :

  1. Enhance the brand’s digital presence through regular updates on Facebook.
  2. Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns.
  3. Oversee the Group website, perform A/B tests to boost conversion rates, and ensure the site is optimized for lead generation.
  4. Manage incoming communications from leads and customers on social media channels.

Requirements and Essential Skills :

  1. Bachelor's or Post Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  2. Strong communication and proactive approach.
  3. Expertise in data analytics and channels.
  4. Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques.
  5. Creative problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience with Google AdWords, campaign development, and design aesthetics.
  7. High integrity, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
  8. Understanding of Motor Industry sector advantageous.
