Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Electrician for our Rustenburg workshop. You will diagnose, repair, and service complex electrical systems across modern vehicles to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Responsibilities include wiring harness work, ECU diagnostics, and routine maintenance with access to advanced diagnostic tools. A valid driver's license is required, and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and multimeters.
• Experience with vehicle computer diagnostics is essential.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including wiring harnesses, lights, and batteries.
• Install and service automotive electronic components such as sensors and starters.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint electrical problems.
• Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Ensure repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specs.
