- Relevant certifications or vocational training in automotive electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical faults, including wiring, lighting, battery, and charging systems.
- Install and service automotive electrical accessories and aftermarket equipment.
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical service bulletins.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint electrical issues and test components.
- Perform electrical system maintenance and preventative checks.
- Ensure all electrical repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
