Reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Someone with automotive industry experience, strong knowledge of automotive parts, and an understanding of various vehicle platforms and interchangeability between manufacturers.

Salary

Offer: RK – RK per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional customer service by providing effective support to the business, supporting sales targets, managing customer orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the automotive sales team in driving sales targets.
2. Manage customer order books to meet customer requirements.
3. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage demand chain tasks.
4. Participate in sales leads and campaigns.
5. Maintain knowledge of the company's automotive products and range.
6. Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or face-to-face.
7. Resolve customer complaints and record interactions.
8. Manage pricing, quotations, and customer validations.
9. Organise workflow to meet customer deadlines.
10. Coordinate with internal departments and support web customer links.
11. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-7 years of proven customer service, planning, and administration experience in a multinational industrial sales environment.
• Matric qualification; relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Extensive automotive industry and auto parts experience.
• Experience in an international environment with customer service, planning, and administration.
• Ability to analyse complex data logically.
• Thorough understanding of vehicles and platforms.
• Interest in the automotive landscape.
• Extensive IT systems knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of automotive products and customer service principles.
