Qualifications

• Matric with mathematics and Physical Science.
• Accredited college N3 certificate.
• Valid, unendorsed driver’s license.
• Must have a clear criminal record.
• Interest in the automotive industry.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit for heavy work; able to perform duties.
• Enjoy working with your hands.
• Able to work in noisy environments.
• Have good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
• Possess very strong problem solving/troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Learn to use diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Attend scheduled technical/ level training courses.
• Assist with the repair of vehicles to gain practical experience under supervision.
• Prepare thoroughly for level tests to qualify within record time.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
