Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform manual test case analysis.
2. Identify and extract test requirements from business requirements which are automation candidates.
3. Develop test cases within different tool sets.
4. Develop, estimate, and maintain automated test cases.
5. Perform code peer reviews and documentation.
6. Execute automation testing against system(s) under test.
7. Log defects, retest, and enter change requests.
8. Transfer knowledge to the client and team members.
9. Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP).
10. Proficient in development languages such as C# and Java.
11. Proficient in mobile application development and testing.
12. Proficient in the use of SOAP and RESTful services.
13. Proficient in testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, SoapUI, Jira).
14. Experience in service virtualization.
15. Exposure to data virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure.
16. Experience in performance and load testing.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Experience with System Development Life Cycle models (Waterfall, RADD, Spiral, Agile, etc.).
• Basic development knowledge.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of full product development life-cycle concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to change.
• Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Skilled in Java, front-end automation (in-sprint), and API automation (in-sprint), including NFT (using JMeter) for Web/Mobile applications.
