You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across departments to deliver end-to-end automation and governance.

The role emphasizes platform engineering, scalable automation, and mentoring junior engineers while maintaining security and compliance across solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Practical experience developing AI or automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs.
• Experience with containerisation, CI/CD and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business departments to map processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, deploy and maintain automation agents and workflows end to end.
• Develop and maintain an internal AI platform components and governance.
• Extend platform capabilities with reusable services to lower costs.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the department.
