We are seeking an experienced Senior Panel Beater to join a growing team in NSW Australia. This role is ideal for a highly skilled tradesperson who would like to work permanently work in Australia and takes pride in precision work, can manage complex repairs independently, and supports workshop productivity and junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Repair, reshape, and replace damaged vehicle panels and structural components
• Use welding equipment, frame straightening machines, and specialised repair tools
• Perform chassis alignment and structural repairs to manufacturer standards
• Ensure repairs comply with Australian safety and quality standards
• Work closely with spray painters, estimators, and workshop managers
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to WHS policies
• Mentor and support apprentices or junior panel beaters
• Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining high workmanship standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience as a Panel Beater (senior level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of structural repairs and modern repair techniques
• Experience with measuring systems and chassis alignment equipment
• Ability to interpret repair orders and insurance scope of works
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
