A prominent staffing company in Johannesburg is seeking an Auditor/Junior Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits on Supply Chain Procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to governance requirements. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience and a relevant university degree. This role includes compiling detailed audit reports, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
To conduct comprehensive audits on all relevant Supply Chain Procurement contracts and systems (specifically Road Logistics) in alignment with all applicable Governance requirements. This includes identifying, obtaining, and uploading all missing and relevant information and documentation into the appropriate systems in response to the audit findings. The role further entails compiling a detailed audit report and communicating the audit findings, conclusions, corrective actions, and recommendations for improvements.
Example: Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely closure of findings.
3 – 4 Year Relevant University Degree.
6+ relevant years.

A step-by-step process of defining a problem, searching for information, and testing a series of solutions until the problem is solved. In involves critical thinking, analysis, and persistence.
The ability to access information from databases, forms, and other sources, and prepare reports according to requirements. (KPI’s, Committed Cost, Preservation of spares).
Good indirect leadership and/or supervisory skills - influencing and leading teams who are not direct reports.
Knowledge of internal controls, and experience in implementing, enhancing and maintaining a strong internal control environment (ability to evaluate control effectiveness and identify gaps in processes and systems).
Good analytical skills and attention to detail (ability to extract, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and control failures) – attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Good Software Skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, and related applications. SAP will be an advantage.
Trusted to handle sensitive contracts, financial, and personal data.
Structured way of working with good organization, planning, and time management skills.
