The programme gives trainee auditors the opportunity to complete their SAICA articles while gaining practical workplace experience within AGSA.
Trainees will be exposed to professional audit engagements and will develop technical and professional skills required for a future career in auditing and accounting.
Successful Trainee Auditors will support audit teams with the planning, execution and reporting of audits.
Duties may include conducting audit procedures, analysing financial information, documenting audit evidence, supporting stakeholder engagements and contributing to financial compliance reviews.
The role is designed to provide practical experience while helping AGSA deliver high-quality audit outcomes.
