Job description

Superpower Needed: A nose for detail plus a heart for the planet!

Ready to audit with impact and save the planet while you're at it?

We’re on the lookout for a curious, courageous, and sustainability-savvy professional to take the reins as our Audit & Sustainability Manager. If spreadsheets, sustainability reports, factory floor walkthroughs, and carbon footprints get you way more excited than your friends understand, then we might just be your people.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Besides Sipping Coffee and Looking Fabulous in PPE):
  • Lead the charge in internal audits across our industrial operations—think processes, controls, risks, and some "aha!" moments.
  • Design and execute the sustainability roadmap (RACMs) like a pro—whether it's carbon tracking, waste reduction, or shouting from rooftops about our ESG goals.
  • Team up with Finance, Operations, and HSE to make sustainability not just a buzzword, but a business reality.
  • Spot red flags before they wave. Be the detective that keeps our controls sharp and our impact greener.
  • Make data dance: Turn numbers into stories with audit reports and sustainability dashboards that actually get read.
  • Champion awareness: Run training, host awareness campaigns, and convince even the skeptics that green is great.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got solid experience in audit, sustainability, or ESG (ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting).
  • You know your ISO 14001s from your GHG protocols, and probably have a CISA, CIA, or ESG-related qualification under your (recycled vegan leather) belt.
  • You love asking why, how, and what if—in a good way.
  • You’re a confident communicator—equally at home chatting with Technicians and execs.
  • You believe a little fun and humanity belong in every boardroom conversation.

Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve run audits that made people say, “Wow, that was actually helpful!”
  • You can explain scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions without sending people to sleep.
  • You’re known to geek out over clean energy, circular economies, or composting techniques.

What’s In It For You?:

  • A company that takes impact seriously (but not itself).
  • Freedom to challenge the norm and suggest bold ideas.
  • Hands-on experience across different sites, systems, and strategies.
  • A quirky, committed team that believes in doing good and doing it well.

Apply now if you’re ready to:
  • Audit like Sherlock
  • Report like a TED Talker
  • Save the world like a (well-dressed) superhero

Send your CV, a few lines about why this role excites you, and maybe your favourite sustainability fact. We love facts.

Let’s do some serious good—with a little fun along the way.
