As an Audit Support Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting accounting and audit professionals in their day-to-day use of Draftworx software.
In this role, you'll act as the vital link between the software and its users - ensuring smooth adoption, accurate reporting, and continuous feedback to support ongoing product improvement.
You'll assist users in preparing compliant financial statements and working papers aligned with IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, FRS, and country-specific disclosure requirements.
Core responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving software queries, and guiding users through Draftworx features and best practices.
You'll also conduct training sessions and webinars, including support for the platform's Risk Assessment and Control methodology, while helping clients maximise the platform's automated compliance tools to meet legislative requirements such as the Companies Act.
