Audit Supervisor - Port Elizabeth

We are looking for 2 Audit supervisors to join a Dynamic team in Port Elizabeth.

Qualifications:

1. BCom Accounting or BCom Auditing Degree
2. Completed SAICA Articles
3. CA (SA)
4. MS Office
5. CaseWare
6. Greatsoft (advantageous)
7. Pastel

Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate and oversee the activities of trainee accountants
2. Supervision of audit engagements
3. Client liaison
4. Weekly staff briefing
5. Evaluation of employee performance
6. Liaison between directors and employees
7. Planning
8. Training, mentoring, and motivating employees
9. Coaching the audit employees
10. Review statutory audits
11. Supervision and review of work performed by employees
12. Systems development
13. Compilation of business plans
14. Compliance with the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies and procedures
15. Compliance with the firm’s Employee Code of Conduct, which consists of the firm’s HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct
