Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and oversee activities of trainee accountants.
• Supervision of audit engagements.
• Client liaison.
• Weekly staff briefing.
• Evaluation of employee performance.
• Liaison between directors and employees.
• Planning.
• Training, mentoring, and motivating employees.
• Coaching audit employees.
• Review statutory audits.
• Supervision and review of work performed by employees.
• Systems development.
• Compilation of business plans.
• Compliance with The Company's System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, and procedures.
• Compliance with The Company's Employee Code of Conduct.
