Audit Supervisor at EnableSA (Pty) Ltd

Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join the Port Elizabeth team.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate and oversee activities of trainee accountants
2. Supervise audit engagements
3. Client liaison
4. Conduct weekly staff briefings
5. Evaluate employee performance
6. Serve as liaison between directors and employees
7. Plan audits and related activities
8. Train, mentor, and motivate employees
9. Coach audit employees
10. Review statutory audits
11. Supervise and review work performed by employees
12. Develop systems and processes
13. Compile business plans
14. Ensure compliance with the firm’s System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, and procedures
15. Adhere to the firm’s Employee Code of Conduct, including HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• B.Com Accounting Degree
• Completed Articles
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Computer literate
• Experience with Caseware, Pastel, and Greatsoft preferred
