Job summary

Unitrade 745 (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Audit Supervisor in Johannesburg to lead on-site audit teams and ensure execution aligns with IFRS/ISA standards. The role requires completed SAICA articles with 1–3 years post-articles external audit experience, plus strong Caseware and Excel skills and excellent client liaison and report-writing abilities.

The candidate will oversee audit planning, review field work, and manage engagement deadlines to maintain high audit quality across assignments.

Qualifications

• Completed SAICA articles; CA(SA) or AGA(SA) qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years post-articles experience within an external audit environment.
• Proven track record in supervising junior audit staff, reviewing audit files, and managing engagement deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and ISA (International Standards on Auditing).
• Hands-on proficiency with audit software (e.g., Caseware) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills.
