Key Duties and Responsibilities - Key Performance Indicators:

• Coordinate and oversee activities of trainee accountants
• Supervise audit engagements
• Client liaison
• Conduct weekly staff briefings
• Evaluate employee performance
• Serve as liaison between directors and employees
• Planning
• Training, mentoring, and motivating employees
• Coach audit employees
• Review statutory audits
• Supervise and review work performed by employees
• Develop systems
• Compile business plans
• Ensure compliance with the firm's System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, and procedures
• Ensure adherence to the firm's Employee Code of Conduct, including HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct
