Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and oversee activities of trainee accountants
  2. Supervise audit engagements
  3. Client liaison
  4. Weekly staff briefings
  5. Evaluate employee performance
  6. Serve as liaison between directors and employees
  7. Planning
  8. Training, mentoring, and motivating employees
  9. Coaching audit employees
  10. Review statutory audits
  11. Supervise and review work performed by employees
  12. Systems development
  13. Compile business plans
  14. Ensure compliance with the firm's System of Quality Management (SOQM), policies, and procedures
  15. Adhere to the firm's Employee Code of Conduct, including HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA Codes of Conduct
Other duties:

Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the directors.
