PwC is seeking an Audit Manager with a strong auditing background to lead engagements for large clients within the Private division. You will coach teams, manage risks, and deliver high-quality assurance on financial statements.

Ideal candidates have CA(SA)/SAICA SAIPA articles completed and 3+ years of Audit experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualified with SAICA/SAIPA articles completed.
• 3+ years of audit experience required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficient in IFRS and audit methodology for large clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of auditors on client engagements.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables across audits.
• Manage budgets and monitor work in progress and debtors.
• Develop staff and provide coaching to elevate performance.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
