Requirements / Qualifications:

• Internal and External Audit experience (Imperative)
• Knowledge of IFRS, GRAP, PFMA, MFMA
• Understanding of Accounting and Auditing legislation, standards, or principles
• Innovative presentation skills
• Relevant public and private sector audit/consulting experience post-articles with management experience

Responsibilities:

• Supporting firm partners in daily activities
• Developing and implementing business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff
• Communicating with audit clients through progress meetings
• Monitoring costs against budgets
• Utilizing and developing staff
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies
• Assisting with tender preparations
• Developing relationships with key targets
