Audit Compliance, Technical & Training Manager (CA SA) - Bryanston

An audit firm in Bryanston is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and detail-oriented Audit Compliance, Technical & Training Manager to join a young, vibrant and dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee audit compliance, provide technical audit expertise, and develop and manage training programs to ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be a registered member of SAICA as a CA(SA), RA is advantageous
2. 5 Years post articles experience in audit with a minimum of 2 years in a management role
3. Must have worked in a compliance/technical division in an audit firm
4. Must have excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and CaseWare.
5. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and IFRS
7. ISQM1 monitoring and remediation process knowledge
8. Performed engagement quality reviews (EQR’s)
9. Develop and enhance audit working papers to meet the required changes in ISA’s and IFRS
10. Need to draft opinions regarding auditing & accounting
11. Be able to present, train and facilitate training
12. A strong knowledge of the ISA’s
13. Detail oriented and organised
14. Must take initiative and be self-driven
15. Be able to take accountability and meet deadlines
16. Ability to plan and work under pressure
17. Must be well-presented and well-spoken
18. Driver’s license and car
19. Must be available to start ASAP

Responsibilities

1. Perform ISQM1 monitoring and remediation process
2. Perform engagement quality reviews (EQR’s)
3. Develop and enhance audit working papers to meet the required changes in ISA’s and IFRS
4. Drafting of opinions regarding auditing & accounting
5. Present and facilitate training.
