Qualifications

7. Training and Mentorship: A passion for training and developing trainee accountants (ACCA/SAIPA clerks) is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age: 35 and older
• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent
• Completed articles
• Minimum of 3-5 years post-article experience
• Registered Professional Accountant (SA), Associate General Accountant (AGA), or ACCA member
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring accounting/audit teams
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMe’s, and other relevant accounting standards
• Experience with CaseWare, Xero, and Sage One accounting software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
