• Provide sales support and assist with tender documentation.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

1) Solution Design and Quoting

• High Level Quotation of AV solutions
• Layout and equipment designs
• Specializing in Video Conference, Control, Display and Audio Integration.
• In touch with new Technologies trends and innovations.
• Tender specifications.
• Site visits & Pre Sales

2) Co-ordinating Projects:

• Booking project stock buyouts
• Spreadsheets
• Stock logistics and cost analysis.

3) Sales support:

• Update Pricelists
• Assist With Tender Documentation
• Assist Marketing with monthly Product promotional Emailers.

4) General Duties

• Assist with Stock Procurement
• Pricing templates
• Sales analysis
• Provide constant Customer Feedback on updates and issues.
• Maintain Internal Database.
• Assistance in Import of stock and logistics

Qualifications

• Punctual people person required with good work ethic and urgency to complete deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proven 5 years’ experience in Quoting, designing, selling, and implementing High-level Audio-Visual solutions in Audio, video conferencing and HD Displays.
• Certification and training in Audio visual solutions Design and implementation
• Experience and certification in AV Software, integration, and programming, together with office management tools (MS Office software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint in particular)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• High school diploma: additional Tertiary qualifications are a plus
