Job Overview

If so, this role is perfect for you! We are looking for a Success Partner to join our Durban-based team and manage our Australian client base. Reporting to the Head of Sales (South Africa), you will play a pivotal role in:

  1. Driving organic growth through proactive client engagement.
  2. Ensuring high client retention by addressing challenges before they escalate.
  3. Increasing client replacement towards attrition to sustain and grow revenue.
Job Description

As one of the Success Partners, your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Onboarding & Success Management: Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they have the best experience with PeoplePartners from day one.
  • Regular Client Engagement: Conduct catch-ups, audits, and strategy sessions to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Hear the whispers before the screams; act on early signs of dissatisfaction to prevent churn.
  • Revenue Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities for clients to expand their teams through referrals, re-engagement, and cross-department staffing.
  • Client Advocacy & Feedback: Drive a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional service and ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Matric, Bachelor's degree in Business Development or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development (ideally in BPO, staffing, or talent solutions).
  • A self-motivated, adaptable mindset with a passion for client success.
  • Strong ability to drive growth and retention through high levels of customer service.
  • Proficiency in Problem-Centric Selling: Expertise in identifying client needs and pain points through detailed discovery processes.
  • Track Record in Upselling: Demonstrated ability to leverage client insights to craft solutions that enhance client value and boost revenue.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities crucial for negotiations and high-level dealings.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and able to analyze data to inform client strategies.
  • Availability to work overnight hours (12:00 AM - 09:00 AM SAST) to align with our APAC/AU client base.
  • Experience working with an AU/APAC client base.
  • Background in sales, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics (e.g., organic growth targets, attrition rates).
  • Onsite setup with company-provided equipment.
