Job Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales (South Africa), you will play a pivotal role in:

- Increasing client replacement towards attrition to sustain and grow revenue.
Job Description
As one of the Success Partners, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Onboarding & Success Management – Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they have the best experience with PeoplePartners from day one.
- Regular Client Engagement – Conduct catch-ups, audits, and strategy sessions to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Proactive Problem-Solving – "Hear the whispers before the screams" – act on early signs of dissatisfaction to prevent churn.
- Revenue Growth & Upselling – Identify opportunities for clients to expand their teams through referrals, re-engagement, and cross-department staffing.
- Client Advocacy & Feedback – Drive a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional service and ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Matric + Bachelor degree in Business Development or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development (ideally in BPO, staffing, or talent solutions).
- A self-motivated, adaptable mindset with a passion for client success.
- Strong ability to drive growth and retention through high levels of customer service.
- Proficiency in Problem-Centric Selling: Expertise in identifying client needs and pain points through detailed discovery processes.
- Track Record in Upselling: Demonstrated ability to leverage client insights to craft solutions that enhance client value and boost revenue.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for negotiations and high-level dealings.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to analyze data to inform client strategies.
- Availability to work overnight hours (12:00 AM – 09:00 AM SAST) to align with our APAC / AU client base.
- Experience working with an AU / APAC client base.
- Background in sales, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics (e.g., organic growth targets, attrition rates).
