Job Description

Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing costs and expenses within approved budgets to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Building and maintaining objective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers, and senior staff.
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently within agreed timelines.
  • Delivering exceptional service through proactive and innovative solutions.
  • Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices; drafting and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining filing systems for efficient service delivery.
  • Maintaining administrative processes for operational activities.
  • Providing accurate management information in a timely manner.
  • Managing team performance, skills development, employment equity, and fostering a positive culture to enhance innovation and competencies.
  • Continuing personal development to increase own competencies.
  • Qualifications: Conveyancing qualification or relevant LLB qualification.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Secretary Conveyancing role.
